In the recent corporation session, Mayor Firhad Hakim addressed the financial challenges faced by the corporation, highlighting the precarious state of its finances. He revealed that despite the corporation's strained financial condition, 72 percent of the workers who were owed Rs 100 have already received their payments. Mayor Hakim assured that the remaining funds would be disbursed by the upcoming Monday. During his remarks, he also took the opportunity to criticize the Central Government, urging them to empathize with the mental stress of those awaiting pending payments.
